This was one of the best technical training programs I have ever attended, bridging all my learning needs specifically in KPIs area and performance management in general. The materials & facilitation were excellent. The trainer was very sharp, friendly, confident, quick-witted in responding to all questions and inquiries. In general, the course was a great experience and the trainer kept us involved throughout the training time.
We were assuming that we have sufficient knowledge to set and work with KPIs based on our day to day practice but, attending this program and following methodology like The KPI Institute turned to be a great value reflected on KPI design accuracy/clarity and execution speed.
