Real Hands-On is a partner of Corpmetrix®: we continue to offer employee engagement and 360 programmes as part of our portfolio, while making clear that specialised survey and organisational assessment capability is delivered in partnership with Corpmetrix® — technology supports delivery.
Real Hands-On focuses on international certifications, corporate/in-house training, and management consulting around business performance and strategy execution. Corpmetrix® builds authority as a specialised employee survey and organisational assessment consulting provider — engagement, Organizational Health Index (OHI), culture and 360° programmes — with technology that enables delivery and analytics.
