Saudi Railway Company (SAR) operates one of the largest railway networks in the region. SAR engaged Real Hands-On to strengthen data analysis capability within performance and operations teams — enabling a shift from manual reporting to insight-driven performance management.
Programme Design
The programme was customised with railway-sector data patterns and reporting challenges: on-time performance, asset maintenance, passenger flow analysis, and safety incident reporting. Using sector-relevant datasets accelerated participant engagement and practical application.
