Real Hands-On completed a five-day Certified KPI Professional live online program with delegates from 15 organizations in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
From 17 to 21 September 2026, Real Hands-On completed a Certified KPI Professional (C-KPI) live online program with delegates from 15 organizations across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The cross-industry cohort combined structured methodology with practical exercises so participants could apply KPI concepts to the performance challenges they face in their own organizations.
Participants completed the program with a common KPI methodology covering measure selection, definition quality, ownership, reporting, and the use of KPIs in management reviews.
Practical KPI capability across a regional cohort
Bringing professionals from different sectors into one live online cohort created useful comparison and discussion around a common challenge: how to move from lists of metrics to a disciplined performance-measurement system. Facilitated exercises, feedback, and peer discussion kept the program practical while allowing participants to join from different locations.

The program progressed from KPI architecture to application: selecting meaningful measures, writing definitions that can be consistently understood and audited, assigning ownership, structuring dashboards, and establishing review routines that support better management decisions.
